Luke Heng Singaporean, b. 1987

Luke Heng (b. 1987, Singapore) is an artist whose primary focus is painting, where he
deconstructs information derived from the artistic process itself. Within his work, Heng
examines the fluidity between dimensional spaces, utilizing painting as a supportive
structure. Additionally, he explores the concept of interstitial spaces and their
significance within thresholds. Heng obtained his MA in Fine Arts from LASALLE
College of the Arts in partnership with Goldsmiths, University of London in 2020, where
he received a scholarship. Since then, he has been actively engaged in artistic practice,
showcasing his work both locally and internationally.
